Arrivals/Departures
The lodges are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure

Cleaning
We expect you to leave the lodge clean. If it is left excessively dirty there will be an additional charge to cover extra cleaning

Number of Guests
The number of people occupying the lodge at any time must not exceed the number stated at time of booking

Payment
Payment in sterling cash, cheque, travellers cheques, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Delta or Visa Electron are accepted.

Disclaimer
The owner cannot accept any responsibility or be liable for any loss or damage, accident or mishap to persons or their property whilst on the premises

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, a charge may be made if the lodge cannot be re let

Complaints
Suggestions about improving the accommodation are welcome. If residents have any complaints they must be taken up with the owners before leaving the property.

Insurance
We recommend that guests take out holiday cancellation insurance.
