Our one-bedroom and two-bedroom pine lodges are ideal for guests seeking quality self-catering accommodation, and for people who have difficulty with stairs.
The lodges are well positioned to take advantage of sunny days.

Each lodge is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at The Spinney.

The 1-bedroom lodges comprise a double bedroom, bathroom,
kitchen with microwave, fridge and cooker, and lounge (see photos below).

The 2-bedroom lodge has 1 twin room, 1 double room, bathroom, lounge,
spacious kitchen with microwave, fridge and cooker (see photos below).

Facilities

There is private parking near the lodges set in a large garden.
Electricity is supplied through a £1 coin operated meter, which is full on arrival.
All bed linen, towels and cleaning materials are provided inclusive of price.
Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
A basket of continental breakfast provisions can be supplied for £3 per person per day if ordered in advance.
The lodges are available on the day of arrival from 4pm (or by prior arrangement).
On the day of departure, the lodges should be vacated by 10.30am.

Amenities within 2 miles of the lodges can be found in the town of Jedburgh.
These include shops, restaurants, post office, banks, sports centre and swimming pool.

Location

The Scottish Borders is an ideal location for a short break or a visit as part of a longer touring holiday of Scotland. The scenic route on the A68 from England goes through the Northumbria hills over the border, through Jedburgh and on to Edinburgh.

Directions

The Spinney is 2 miles south of Jedburgh on the main A68 road and is approximately 8 miles north of the Scotland/England border.
There are several road signs clearly indicating the location of The Spinney.

Glasgow: 95 miles

Berwick-upon-Tweed: 35 miles

Newcastle: 55 miles

Carlisle: 45 miles

Terms and Conditions
You may check in after 4pm and checkout time is 10.30 am on day of departure.
A deposit is required at time of booking which is refunded on cancellation (less Ł5 administration fee) only if we are able to re-let the accommodation.
If you fail to arrive without notification then the whole amount of the booking becomes due.
The accommodation is cleaned between lettings but because of limited time please leave the lodge clean and tidy.
Due to fire and insurance regulations the visitor numbers in the lodge must not exceed the number agreed at time of booking.
Car parking is limited to one car per lodge (unless agreed differently at time of booking)
We recommend you have holiday insurance to cover all deposits and bookings you make.
